SSIG Global Samoa: Take LTRA 2008 to Court & We Will Win....

OLP is calling on Iuni Sapolu and her SSIG Global team here in Samoa to stay strong and take this illegal LTRA 2008 to court to be REPEALED. Take the fight into their ‘house.’

This week, Tofaeono Joe Hollywood/Peter Suaniu wrote a letter and asked the question, “WHY DOES FIU ELISARA REFUSE TO TAKE THIS MATTER TO COURT TO PROVE THE LTRA 2008 IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ILLEGAL?”

According to the pedophile Peter Suaniu/Tofaeono Joe Hollywood Tinoai, Fiu Elisala is afraid to take LTRA 2008 to court as he’s afraid of losing the court case.

OLP can understand where Fiu is coming from. We all know that the Minister of Justice Faaolesa Katopau Ainuu, the President of Lands and Titles Court Fepuleai Atilla Ropati and the CEO of the Ministry of Justice Papalii John Taimalelagi and most judges on the bench right now,  are all corrupted to the core of their bones.   We should not fear them and we should take them on as there is enough evidence to prove that LTRA 2008 is ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

WE WILL WIN – THERE’S NO DOUBT ABOUT IT.

We should fight this fight without fear. You, Unasa Iuni Sapolu and your children and the SSIG Global team here in Samoa are doing an excellent job by literally going out into the villages and informing the matai of  how illegal LTRA 2008 is and its ramifications on our customary lands and the future of Samoa.

God bless you.

Then why don't you smart one, take the case to court if you think none of our team is qualified? At least these people have the guts to speak out about all the corruption going on, and are they wrong? No, you've seen one by one our government leaders are being prosecuted, so there must be a reason for this. You can find fault with these good people as much as you want, but you are nothing when you just sit on the sidelines and complain and whine, or worse off, when you sit and do nothing

I worried about taxi drivers who drive under the influence or are high. I have found this a very common thing at 4corner taxis Matautu. The taxi stand is known to the police for drugs but nothings is done. Often the drivers hide being high behind their sunglasses. I am worried for the safety of my children, my families, the public and my safety.

All the above comments are spoken by people, as I can tell, who know nothing about what they are talking about. You are the idiots that have allowed this HRPP government to have so much control over our country. Truth will always prevail, all the corrupt in the world will not endure forever, sooner or later someone will fall and the higher the crime, the harder the fall. Don't just talk, you need to have the guts to do something about what's going on in our government. If you are afraid of the PM, then you are not the men/women we are looking for. Until you can do something to help improve the present condition of our government, you need to zip it!

The Law Society makes the point in its submissions on penalty that the charge
noted in paragraph 2.3 above involves gross dishonesty. We agree, as the
evidence showed that Mr Faleauto had deliberately misled his client and his
client’s family about funding the criminal proceedings. He made extraordinary
claims to his client and his client’s family about the need to avoid legal aid,
about other counsel, about the police, and about the state and public officials.
4. In our view all of these matters amounted to a continuing and calculated
attempt to pressure a family living in [E] to provide Mr Faleauto with money
he said he needed for fees and disbursements, when in fact he was entitled to
seek payment for such matters from the Legal Services Agency.
5. Legal aid had been granted, and would have been available to meet Mr
Faleauto’s charges. Mr Faleauto knew this, as he had made the legal aid
application on behalf of his client, had received advice of grant, and was
communicating with the Legal Services Agency about the proceedings. His
approach to family members seeking payment, and what he told them in
justifying his requests, was deceitful and unacceptable conduct from a
barrister and solicitor of the High Court, quite apart from the breach of
provisions relating to legal aid.
6. In respect of the charge noted in paragraph 2.2 above, the particular
circumstances of Mr Faleauto’s constant visits to his client (and his client’s
wife) seeking money for fees, and receiving over a period a sum in excess of
$155,000 without rendering an account, showed again Mr Faleauto’s
unacceptable approach to such matters.
