Congratulations once again Mata’afa Keni Lesa. Malo lava le tautua ma le fa’aeaea atunu’u. This is what you call a Milestone achievement – to be the first ever person in the whole South Pacific region (including NZ and Australia) to receive such a prestigious award.

You are a man of courage, wisdom and knowledge. You are indeed a true leader and a role model for aspiring young journalists of the future, in the whole South Pacific and beyond. Malo le finau. Malo le sailimalo.

Now who the heck is corrupt PM Tuilaepa, his HRPP govt and their dumb supporters to criticize you and Samoa Observer for the Truth you’ve written and reported? Maybe they don’t understand Mata’afa Keni Lesa’s writing or they’ve chosen to deny the Truth it contains. No wonder why the country is going backwards – they’re too aivalea.

Think about it people – you have 10s of thousands of journalists in the whole South Pacific region (including NZ & Aust) not to mention the world, who’ve competed for the prestigious Boerma Award but it took a brainiac/journalist from Savaii and Samoa’s leading media, Samoa Observer, to win it.

Now, Mata’afa Keni Lesa, you are in the same caliber and rubbing shoulders with Previous winners which included The Guardian – Development team, Financial Times journalist Javier Blas, CNN International's Jim Clancy, producer and host of Inside Africa, Elisabeth Rosenthal of the New York Times, Michael Pickstock, of the BBC, Roger Thurow and Scott Kilman, The Wall Street Journal and more.

It goes to show, if you think the odds are stacked against you, then think again. Anything is possible when you believe in yourself and put your faith in the Living God of Jesus.
Congratulations once again – you’ve done me and Samoa proud. Keep up the good work Sir – you’re the man.

Aircraft Lease: A Repeated 'Mistake'...

This is a stupid idea from corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his HRPP govt to start up Polynesian Airlines to fly internationally. Corrupt PM Tuilaepa is only doing this to serve his ego which is not at the best interest of the people, because he’s dirty about the fact Virgin Blue pushed them out.

A lot of business people in the community and some MPs also know this idea will go bust but they’ve chosen to remain silent about it even though they know this will cost our tax payers $100s of Millions – again.

Some MPs who are supportive of this idea are already making excuses to cover themselves from being held accountable by saying, “We don’t know what the future holds.” What are they trying to say? Just go ahead and take a massive risk at the expense of the people? Right now, we can’t afford to take risks as our economy is fragile and our debt is right up to our throats.

Now they’re talking about leasing planes from an air craft leasing company. Why has this corrupt govt refused to mention which company they’re leasing the aircrafts from? Already there’s a lack of transparency before it has begun!

The last time corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP leased planes from a Canadian company, Samoa ended up with a massive debt which nearly bankrupt the country. It was because of this very reason, the govt decided to enter a joint venture with Virgin Airlines.
Now corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP have decided to go down the same path and make the same mistake again. Didn’t they learn something from their last mistake? Only an incompetent fool would make the same mistake twice. I guarantee you Polynesian Airlines will go bust again even before it takes off the tarmac.

We don’t have the financial backing to compete against Virgin Australia which has now merged with Air New Zealand and they intend to have 5 direct flights a week coming in to Samoa.

Before Virgin merged with Polynesian, I wrote a lot of articles criticizing the idea and I told corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt that Virgin will end up swallowing Polynesian Airlines – that’s exactly what happened.

So if I can see what the future holds for this merge with Fiji, why can’t corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt but instead feed us with a cock and bull line, “We don’t know what the future holds?” I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve told corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt they’ve no idea how the big boys play.

Now they’re saying they have no monetary obligations in regards to the merge with Fiji Airways. Do they think Fiji Airways is that stupid? Obviously, Fiji Airways had a deeper look into the deal and did their calculations and saw the deal will benefit them immensely which means Fiji Airways will repeat what Virgin did to Polynesian Airlines not long ago – swallow Polynesian up again.

At the end of the day, money talks – bullshit walks. We don’t have the money. Let’s sit back and watch all this turn into ashes once again.

I don’t care about the criticism I receive in regards to what I’ve written in criticizing this govt because I know, everything I’ve written over the years had come true and are still happening right now. So far, not one single soul was able to prove me wrong.

The failure experienced by Polynesian Airlines all had to do with corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP’s corruption. They misused the airline for their HRPP party’s campaign elections and now they’re doing it again for the next elections – all at the expense of the people.

Don’t be surprised if Fiji Airways will go bust too. That’s a story for another day. Lol lol lol

Samoa: A Christian State and Corruption - The Worse Form of Violence....

It’s very sad to see what’s happening in our country today. Every day, people are lining up at the police stations to report incest, child molestation, pedophilia, rape, murder, theft, domestic violence and many other crimes. These heinous crimes are condemned by our Christian faith. Our leaders (corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP) turned Samoa into a Christian State and our nation’s motto is Faavae Le Atua Samoa (Samoa Founded on God) yet the way our society is behaving today, contradict it all.

The question is, “Why?”

Well, the coconut does not fall far from the tree. All these crimes happening today is due to corruption and the constant changing of laws – by our leaders. Whenever the laws change, the way society behave change too.

All the social problems our people are facing today come directly from the Prime Minister and his govt. They are the cause of poverty, the high unemployment rate, the high cost of living etc.

Now the poor, the sick and the weak who are the victims of this govt’s corruption are crying out for water, electricity, jobs, international markets for their produce/crops and against the high cost of living etc but their cries have fallen on the govt’s deaf ears. Added to what’s already worse, are the voices of the ignorant who support this corrupt govt with their condemnation and damning of the unfortunate and the poor.

Funny how corrupt PM Tuilaepa did his bit to convince the people of this nation to believe in the fake stigmata and when OLP revealed the hoax and demanded for the paternity DNA tests, not only did he (PM) declare him (OLP) as Samoa’s Most Wanted but wanted his head on a silver platter too. But when all efforts to catch him failed, corrupt PM Tuilaepa took a picture of himself reading the Bible and furthermore lied to the people, that Samoa is an abundant and peaceful country when he knew too well Samoa is on the verge of collapsing.

A while back a young boy was telling me a story about the rich woman who was waiting on Jesus to visit her home. The woman was cleaning her house and made it all beautiful and immaculate for Jesus. Then a homeless man turned up at her house and knocked on her door and asked her for a glass of water and a piece of bread as he was hungry. The woman was so angry and told him, “Go away! Can’t you see I’ve been cleaning my house for Jesus’ visit and now it’s going to be dirty again? I can’t give you water or bread because it’ll make a mess in my kitchen. Go away before Jesus comes and sees you here!” The homeless man left. The woman waited for Jesus. She waited for a long time but He didn’t show up. Until she bumped into Him and she asked Him, “Jesus, why didn’t you come visit me? I spent all day cleaning my home and cooked beautiful food for you but you didn’t show up.” Jesus replied, “I came and asked you for a glass of water and a piece of bread but you turned me away.”

This boy’s beautiful story made me think about our leaders and the corrupt of our society. The rich woman is the carbon copy of corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his followers who don’t know Jesus but have abused His Name to cover up their lies and crimes and oppress and suppress the people of this nation as well. You people know nothing about the Living God of Jesus – you’re nothing but a dictator, hypocrites, ignorant and arrogant dumb fools.

The wheel of fortune is turning.

Again, I’m not human – I AM a Spirit and I AM immortal. To curse the Spirit, you’re cursing yourself. When corrupt PM Tuilaepa, the IT so-called experts from overseas, the police’s faapa’u koko squad and everyone else who was involved in the search for OLP were confident they'll catch OLP, I reminded them back then that they cannot catch me as I will catch them first.

Calling for Govt - Farmers Desperate for More International Markets....

For years now, I have been calling on this HRPP govt for export markets for our farmers and still today, the govt has done nothing about it.

All you hear corrupt PM Tuilaepa talk about these days is climate change, sports and every other bull shit while the people of this nation are suffering and starving for job opportunities.

This HRPP govt have failed to create jobs for the people. They’ve been telling the people to go out and farm but then they (govt) sit on their corrupt fat butts instead and not look for overseas markets for the farmers’ produce, so the farmers can get a good return for their hard work.

Export (overseas) markets are a big way of creating jobs for the locals – especially for those living in the rural areas where job opportunities do not exist.

What this farmer is now calling for is that similar to what Samoa had back in the days – a WESTEC (Western Samoa Trust Estates Corporation).

Samoa WESTEC was a collection point where our farmers used to take their produce, crops and goods to to sell and got paid on the spot. Samoa WESTEC then exported those produce/crops/goods to their NZ counterpart (NZ WESTEC) which in turn distributed them to the local businesses in NZ. That’s how simple it was in those days and our people were earning good incomes from their own hard work – much, much more than what they’re earning today.

But it was corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his HRPP who were responsible for closing down the WESTEC despite the fact that WESTEC was a huge benefit to our farmers and Samoa as a nation.

They shut it down to free up the lands where the WESTECs were situated so corrupt PM Tuilaepa can sell those govt/public lands. Now the govt has no lands and is the very reason why they came up with this stupid and corrupt LTRA 2008 law to rob the people of their lands because they (govt) have no more lands left.

But worse of all, after they’ve sold all our public lands and got nothing for it in return, the govt still has a $2 Billion debt which the people of this nation cannot afford to pay. And this dumb fool corrupt PM Tuilaepa calls himself an economist? What a joke – with what he has done to this nation, it confirms that he’s the dumbest economist under the sun!

What this farmer, Paepae Seumanutafa, of Tiapapata and Falealupo, said indicates he’s got more brains than corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP all put together.

Now I’m calling again (as I did many times before) on this stupid HRPP to re-open the WESTEC and buy the goods directly from the people and ship them overseas.

The way I see it, If these dumb HRPP fools can cough up $10 Million to build the High Commissioner’s Office in NZ and another $10 Million for one in Canberra Australia, then the govt can also cough up at least another $10 Million to re-establish the WESTEC project for the farmers. The re-establishment of WESTEC will benefit Samoa as a whole and economically in the long run.

It’s true what one Professor said, “If you ever, ever have a business problem, one type of person you should never, never run to to solve your financial problem, is an economist.” When I asked him why, the Professor replied, “The economist is trained to identify problems but not to solve them.”

When I look at corrupt PM Tuilaepa and the state of our economy here in Samoa under his leadership today, I can’t help but think of the Professor and realized he (professor) was absolutely right.

What has made the whole economical situation worse is that corrupt PM Tuilaepa is an actual con man who pretends to be an economist.

Call For Senior Officers to Reveal PM & MP Involvement in Police Corruption...

The outcome of the Commission of Inquiry in regards to their investigation have found the 2 senior police officers, Samoa Mulinuu and Luatimu Samau, to be unprofessional, incompetent, corrupt, lack integrity, broken their vows, committed conflict of interest and had breached the Police Code of conduct.

These were the things that I also accused the corrupt police and the faapa’u koko squad of, in a few articles published on my blog and shared on most Samoan social media forums from a couple of years ago till present.

Even though I accused these 2 officers and others in what I wrote, I am confident that they did not act alone. I strongly believe they acted upon instructions from corrupt PM Tuilaepa and former Police Minister Sala Fata Pinati.

Therefore, I am calling for these 2 senior officers, Samoa Mulinuu and Luatimu Samau, to come clean and tell the public about those orders they were given by corrupt PM Tuilaepa and MP Sala Fata Pinati to arrest PC Egon and reveal also their (PM & MP) involvement in the corruption within the police force.

I also call upon Police Commissioner Egon to further investigate the lower ranked police officers who have breached the Police Code of Conduct and are part of this corruption. Some of these lower ranked officers have been known to discuss police confidential cases on social media. Some have been known to threaten, harass and intimidate the public in both public and on social media whenever questioned by the public about their misconduct, incompetence and unprofessionalism – they must be dealt with in order to restore the trust and confidence of the public in their police force.

My advise to the Cabinet and the Police Commissioner, it’s time to restructure the Police Force and for the police officers whom you consider incompetent to re-sit the exams and have a file to record complaints, misconduct, recommendations or positive feedback from the public against each police officer and have it locked securely. This ensures that whenever a police officer applies for a higher ranked position, the panel can always refer to their files.

There’s still a lot of work that need to be done in cleaning up our police force and it will take a couple of years to implement the new changes and for these police officers to get used to them.

But the quickest way to clean up our police force is to arrest corrupt PM Tuilaepa and some of his corrupt HRPP members lol lol lol

Don’t be surprised if sometime in the future, these senior officers have suddenly died from ‘mysterious deaths.’

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa Fools the Nation and the Living God of Jesus...

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa is desperate with his plea to God. Now he’s playing politics with the Living God of Jesus by lying thru his teeth and stealing from the people. His words contradict his actions. This man has a serious mental illness – a kaufaavalea illness.

How the heck can he say that Samoa is a peaceful country when the Police Department and Courts are under pressure and full with complaints and violent and heinous pending cases and over-crowded prisons?

Such cases include crimes of incest – just last week there were 2 reports of incest between brothers and sisters not to mention the many reported (and unreported) incest between fathers and daughters! Then there are the many cases of rape and various sex offences – children being molested, women being raped and more which all contribute to Samoa’s ever increasing crime rate under corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP’s leadership.

Then there’s murder and violence on the rise. The many lives harmed and abused in domestic violence and taken maliciously such as those of the young man who chopped his father with a machete; the father who killed his own son with a machete; the young mother murdered by her partner in the middle of the night and resulted in young children left motherless etc.

More crimes are committed by his govt members who are falsifying business documents and robbing the public of their resources and money. The law makers become the law breakers but still wander freely in our society because corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP passed laws to protect themselves from being prosecuted for their crimes of corruption and violation of Human Rights but rewarded with a promotion or shown favor instead.

And this is peace according to corrupt PM Tuilaepa?

What abundance and peace is corrupt PM Tuilaepa talking about when the people who’re screaming out, on a daily basis, for water and electricity they have no access to? Not to mention the high cost of living they’re struggling with when they’re paid $2.30 an hour; the lack of employment and export market opportunities that forced people to live in poverty and resulted in desperate parents sending out their children to become street vendors to earn some money to feed the family, pay for education, water, medicine for their sick etc.

How about our dwindling tourist industry because potential tourist avoid Samoa as a holiday destination due to tourists being robbed and raped (some by prison escapees) and feel insecure and unsafe because of corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s response in a 60 Minutes interview where he (PM) blamed them (tourists) for being “in the wrong place at the wrong time?”

It didn’t help our tourist industry much when animal lovers posted a global on-line petition to boycott Samoa as a tourist destination because HRPP govt members (a few years back) joked and suggested a solution to the ‘stray dogs’ problem – use them for canned meat for export!

How is Samoa considered abundant and peaceful when laws such as LTRA 2008 had been passed by corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP to rob the people of their customary lands?

What peace do our people have when their sick are sent to an under-resourced hospital for minor ailments and dying left, right and center from ‘mysterious deaths’ and their families are never given a reasonable explanation but ignored and dismissed when hounded to do so? Yet corrupt PM Tuilaepa goes to a top notch hospital overseas whenever he needs treatment or for a check up - he was medi-vac to overseas for a scratched toe as he doesn’t trust our own health system!

The list can go on forever!

He’s so corrupt and blinded with his ego and narcissism that now he’s using the Name of the Almighty God to deny and dismiss all these problems our people are facing and are happening under his very own leadership. Some of the crimes the people are committing today have never been committed before in Samoa but now are easily done so - under his leadership.

As long as corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his children and the HRPP members and their children are living in peace, in corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s eyes, that’s the nation living in peace as well.

How dare he commit all these sins and crimes against God and the people, then has a picture taken of himself reading the Bible to fool and manipulate the nation?

Isn’t this a desperate action because he knows Samoa is on the verge of collapsing in front of his eyes and under his leadership?

Isn’t this a desperate act because corrupt PM Tuilaepa knows the time is near for him?
Is this desperate action of corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s because he knows Samoa’s economy has gone backwards and is bankrupt? Lol lol lol

Is this one of his desperate acts because his wife and children are questioning him over his affair with Sonja Hunt and with the many other women in govt?

Is this a desperate act because he ignored the Living God of Jesus and went and kissed the fake stigmata’s foot and worship her instead? To a point he forked out his and tax payers money to send her and her family to Rome to give birth but lied they went to receive more messages and to keep the hoax going?

Remember corrupt PM Tuilaepa, I warned you many times before that Goldman Sachs will bankrupt Samoa with a stroke of a pen and you’ve only got yourself to blame for it.
Your judgment is happening right now as I speak corrupt PM Tuilaepa.

My advise to corrupt PM Tuilaepa, the Living God of Jesus is not a politician and cannot be fooled nor manipulated – therefore go shove your corrupt fat head right up the devil’s alley that you worship.

Stop insulting God, myself and the people of this nation with your corrupt politics. My God is a God of love. Love is God and God is love. My God loves the poor, the sick and the weak.

You corrupt PM Tuilaepa, you only love your wife, your children and your mistress – the same goes with the HRPP members and their families and you all ignore the cries of the people.

The Bible said in 1 Corinthians 13:1 “If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal” A faasamoa - 1 Korinitio 13:1 “Afai ou te tautala i gagana a tagata atoa ma agelu, a e leai so’u alofa, ua avea a’u ma apa memea ta’alili, po o se sumepalo tagitagi.” That’s what you are corrupt PM Tuilaepa – a noisy gong and a clanging cymbal. Ua kiga makou kaliga i au pepelo.

S.R.U Failed the Coach, the Players and the People...

Again Samoa lost their game – recently to Fiji. Again corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his SRU management politicized the loss and blamed the coach as they’ve always done instead of addressing the real issue as to why the Manu Samoa is going backwards.

The people of this nation have had enough of excuses and politics when it comes to their Manu Samoa, and the SRU Chairman, corrupt PM Tuilaepa, and management owe the nation an explanation - not excuses. I’ve said many times before that POLITICS AND SPORTS SHOULD NEVER MIX.

Due to the state of affairs in SRU and the Manu Samoa, the Chairman and his management all need to step down. Actually, the whole nation has been calling on this faavalevalea corrupt PM Tuilaepa for a while now to get the hell out of the Samoa Rugby Union altogether however his foolish supporters cried out and claimed he was irreplaceable. What a load of rubbish!

Since 1991, the Manu Samoa as a team was very successful and they never missed a World Cup. The Manu Samoa was beating teams that were in the top 4 in the world – until corrupt PM Tuilaepa took over as Chairman. Now our team is struggling to qualify for the next World Cup and there’s a possibility it may not make it – but we still hold on to hope.

The fundamental question is, “Why is our next door neigbour’s team, the All Blacks, so successful and our Manu Samoa is not? Yet 70% of the All Blacks is made up of Polynesians – mainly Samoans! The answer to that question is that it’s all got to do with management, money and the culture they’ve adopted.

All Blacks pick their team based on character before talent. Part of their culture to keep all their key players grounded was to get them involved in carrying out duties eg after each game, they had the likes of Richie McCaw, Dan Carter, Ma’anonu, Mealamu, etc, sweeping and cleaning up the All Blacks change rooms after themselves.

The classic example of this ‘culture of character’ is when a young boy ran onto the beach to greet the All Blacks after they won the World Cup in England, a security guard tackled the kid. Sonny Bill and a few other All Blacks players picked the kid up from the ground and told the security guard to leave him alone. Sonny Bill took off his World Cup medal from around his neck and put it around the kid’s neck while the whole world looked on as it was televised. The story went viral on social media as well. Till this day, All Blacks is remembered for their kindness. Those are the actions that has made All Blacks known as the best team on the planet in any code of sport and is part of their winning culture. No other team in any code of sport can be compared to the All Blacks’ winning success rate.

As for their management, they bleed blood by working just as hard as their players whom they tell to bleed blood on the field for that win. But who is really behind the designing of the All Blacks’ cultural and business model?

Here’s a surprise for you SRU Chairman corrupt PM Tuilaepa and your management – it’s Goldman Sachs! Yes – Goldman Sachs. The same company that hates your guts and is behind a pending law suit against the govt. It’s the same company that’s behind most of the corporate companies in Australia, NZ, America and everywhere else in the world. Goldman Sachs is in charge of investing the All Blacks’ money. They’re also behind the AIG (an American company) that sponsors the All Blacks.

Goldman Sachs told the AIG, All Blacks’ management and all other AB stakeholders to build a super team that every team from around the world would love to beat and to make sure that wherever the All Blacks play, the stadium, including the corporate boxes, must be full (sold out). By the way, the only All Blacks game that did not have a full stadium was when they came and played here in Samoa – go figure.

That’s the secret behind AB’s success – having a major sponsor who expects results from its management and wins from the team. All these ideas our people have on how to improve the Manu Samoa, will never happen. Now let’s look at our Manu Samoa team and SRU.

What is the Manu Samoa’s culture? Does the Manu Samoa have a culture like the All Blacks? Of course not - they have a culture of corruption instead. Does SRU have /encourage ‘character building’? None other but lies, excuses and more excuses.

Do we have any money like the All Blacks? No, we don’t as corrupt PM Tuilaepa stole it all and never gave a truthful account for it nor was it ever recovered. Does our management work just as hard as that of the All Blacks? Of course not – they’re always on holidays.

Do we have a business model? No just SRU’s chairman and management walking around with begging bowls to raise funds for themselves – not for the team.

So if we really want the Manu Samoa to be successful again as it was prior to corrupt PM Tuilaepa joining the SRU, we must adapt the All Blacks culture and push our managers to work harder, bring in a sponsor with a lot of money, and a foreign consultancy company to run SRU and get rid of corrupt PM Tuialepa and his management e o e kuikui gifo - ua too dumb, too stupid, too lazy and too corrupt.

If you don’t have a solid base, good values and an inspirational framework that the people agree with, then you’ won’t win. It’s about creating a positive team culture that foster a certain code of behaviour.

The All Blacks mantra is - BETTER PEOPLE MAKE A BETTER ALL BLACKS! That underpins the team culture.

What’s our mantra? Excuses, excuses, excuses.

How Corrupt PM Tuilaepa Held Hostage and Gagged the Head of State...

Farewell dinner for His Highness Tuiatua - with corrupt PM Tuilaepa

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s farewell tribute to exiting Head of State, His Highness Tuiatua is an insult. You’d have to be dumb and stupid to believe in what he said. Tuiatua was a puppet to corrupt PM Tuilaepa. I don’t think Tuiatua has forgotten what corrupt PM Tuilaepa did to him.

A couple of years back, corrupt PM Tuilaepa forwarded one of his then new bills that was passed by his govt to Tuiatua to sign it. Tuiatua questioned the Bill and hesitated to put his signature on it.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa turned around and stopped Head of State Tuiatua’s payment for 3 months. When this happened, not even one MP or a member of the public stood up to support their Head of State – everyone was silent and living in fear of the ramifications.
Tuiatua at the end signed the corrupt Bill, believing that was the will of the people. But it was not – the Head of State was ‘held hostage’ for questioning a corrupt Bill.

After that incident, every single corrupt Bill passed by this corrupt HRPP, Tuiatua no longer hesitated but signed it because he realized, not one member of the public or MP dare stand up and question corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s actions.

In a lot of countries, it takes years to amend a Constitution and pass laws. Only in Samoa, if corrupt PM Tuilaepa wants to change the Constitution or pass a law to suit his personal agenda, they will pass it overnight because the majority of the people and the MPs are enslaved and living in fear of this dictator, corrupt PM Tuilaepa. They’ve become gutless and aivalea.

Let’s hope the new Head of State, His Highness Tuimaleali’ifano Va’aletoa Sualauvi II, will have the guts to stand up to this corrupt PM. He knows how corrupt this man is and also knows that Samoa is looking for leaders with vision; leaders who are honest and who uphold integrity, are transparent and accountable to lead Samoa into a better and brighter future and off the path corrupt PM Tuilaepa led Samoa down to.

Tuiatua knows all the ins and outs of corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s corruption committed over the last 30 years. Let’s hope His Highness Tuiatua will write another book, a tell-all to reveal to the public all of corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s and HRPP’s corruption before God calls him – it will be a best seller in the history of Samoa. THIS WILL BE HIS BEST AND LAST SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION.

Change Bail Conditions For Foreigners Committing Crimes in Samoa....

I applaud Supreme Court Justice Leiataualesa Darryl Clarke for denying the ‘application for leave’ for the Chinese driver whose vehicle exploded when it slammed into a bus killing an elderly man, Tanielu Pati Seinafo of Leauva’a.

Tanielu Pati Seinafo was the main bread winner of his family – he grew cabbages and other vegetables which he sold and the money he earned from it supported his family and paid for his children’s education.

In my opinion, I think it’s time our Justice System do something different to benefit us/Samoa when it comes to bails for foreigners who commit serious crimes/break the law in our country.

If I was a judge, I would’ve asked for a $Million or more for bail instead then let the defendant go to China to visit his family and attend the birth of his second child and for Counsel to file a compensation claim on behalf of Tanielu’s (deceased) family.

The condition of the bail must be very strict and adhered to – the bail must be paid ONLY by a bond agent who resides overseas in the defendant's country and not by anyone from here in Samoa.

That way, should the defendant fail to return to Samoa and appear in court to answer the charges against him, he and his bond agent will lose that the $1 Million which will be forfeited to the courts - the money will then be used to cover both the court costs and the compensation pay out to Tanielu’s family.

Not only will Tanielu’s children and family receive some money to help them but the tax payer wouldn’t have to be burdened with another mouth to feed in Tafaigata jail and for other expenses related to his imprisonment.

Locking up this Chinese here will not benefit anyone in Samoa. Although he must be locked up behind bars for his negligence and ignorance (if found guilty) that cost a life, a monetary punishment will still be a punishment for him and at least benefit Samoa and the victim’s family. If he does not return, then he’s got his bond agent to deal with.

However, if the foreigner defendant cannot pay the $Million+ bond, then he will have to go thru the normal court process and serve time in Tafaigata if found guilty.

We should do this for all the foreigners who commit crimes here in Samoa.

That’s my opinion.

Virgin Deaf to Corrupt PM Tuilaepa's Warning....

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa can whinge and winge as much as he wants but at the end of the day, the Virgin Airline has outsmarted his little brain – again.

Way back just before Virgin Blue and Polynesians Airline merged into a joint venture, I wrote an article in which I warned corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt (as well as call them aivalea and no brainers at the time) that Virgin Blue will swallow Polynesian airlines – it happened. That’s how inept this corrupt PM and his govt are.

Now corrupt PM Tuilaepa has come up with an excuse and said the fall out between the two were due to high air fares. What a load of rubbish.

The Polynesian back then in the 1990s was a lot more expensive and it still went broke.
At the end of the day, Virgin Airlines did not break any international laws.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa has no legs to stand on with this negotiation. The Virgin Airlines will still fly in and out of Samoa despite what he and his govt think. Now they’ll increase their flights from 2 days to 5 days per week which is a positive for our people and a possibility of much lower airfares compared to what the joint venture between Fiji and Samoa could offer.

I also wrote that Virgin Airlines will bankrupt any other airline that is brought in by the govt to Samoa.

Here are the reasons why corrupt PM Tuilaepa cannot do anything about this:

1 – Virgin Australia is operating under the World Trading Organization (WTO) laws.

2 – If corrupt PM Tuilaepa messes with Virgin Australia, they can easily bankrupt corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt and the country - Messing with Virgin Australia is messing with the Australian govt who can easily put a stop to the much needed Foreign Aid corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP rely on, then what?

So really, corrupt PM Tuilaepa can talk tough all he wants but he has no power over the situation as he has no idea how the big boys play.

The company that is behind Virgin Airlines is Goldman Sachs which owns banks around the world. They helped in reviving Virgin Airlines in the 1990s when it ran into financial trouble and the Goldman Sachs President is a personal friend of Richard Branson.
Goldman Sachs is the same company that has a lot of influence on govts around the world.

The same company warned corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt in the past and also have a pending law suit against the govt over a deal with an overseas solar power company here in Samoa. It’s funny how straight after the same solar company warned corrupt PM Tuilaepa about his corrupt deal, Virgin Blue ended their joint venture with Polynesian Airlines and decided to fly solo instead leaving Samoa without an Airline.

They are the same mob behind Virgin’s demand to our govt to pay up the $9 Million its owed. I wonder if corrupt PM Tuilaepa has put two and two together yet and see what’s in the bigger picture? I doubt it very much – he’s only a small fish swimming beneath the big fish Lol lol lol

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa has no idea who he’s really dealing with. He’s been pretending for years that he knows it all but really he knows absolutely nothing which is why the state of the economy is the way it is today – gone downhill and backwards.

He’s known for being a con man and a habitual liar and he won’t be able to talk his way out from this one without causing ramifications. He’s a joke and a psychopath just like Hitler.
