PictureBOERMA AWARD WINNER: Mata'afa Keni Lesa, Editor of the Samoa Observer. (Photo credit: Samoa Observer)

This is a big Big BIG WOW!! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this article about Samoa Observer’s Editor, Mata’afa Keni Lesa.

Malo lava and congratulations to you Mata’afa Keni Lesa and to your Samoa Observer team for a job well done.  You deserve the recognition for your hard work and service to this nation and informing us the public.

You are a man of courage, wisdom and knowledge. You are indeed a true leader.  Malo le finau.  Malo le sailimalo.

For the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (F.A.O.) to select you as a recipient of their prestigious Boerma award, is a massive achievement for a boy from Savaii from the tiny island of Samoa.

“This award is for journalists who have successfully steered public attention towards food security topics. In recognition of the important role of the media in the fight against hunger, FAO has since 1979 presented the A.H. Boerma Award to journalists or groups of journalists, from around the world, who have brought food security and rural development issues in developing countries to the attention of civil society.”

Yes of course you have been the voice of the voiceless – the poor, the sick and the weak of our society.  You have changed their lives and given them hope – publishing their stories which meant they got to be heard, received help and were validated.

For many years now (and still are today) you’ve been fighting against govt corruption which is the cause of all these social problems the voiceless are facing.  This is the very reason why the God of Jesus blessed you with courage, wisdom and knowledge. This did not happen by accident – you were chosen.

Many articles you’ve written were met with harsh criticism from the corrupt of our society who condemned you and your team for exposing the Truth. Even corrupt PM Tuilaepa called you and your Samoa Observer all belittling names under the sun and even went as far as calling you and your Samoa Observer newspaper and journalists, fools.

Now who’s the fool here? Of course it’s corrupt PM Tuilaepa.

If millions of journalists around the world are vying for this award which you have won, including previous recipients of the award, does corrupt Tuilaepa still think then that all those journalists are dumb too?

That’s how faavalevalea our PM is.  It’s not hard to know that – just look at all the problems Samoa is facing today under his leadership.

The F.A.O. didn’t award you this for nothing. They awarded you because you, Samoa Observer and your team are the most outspoken journalists in Samoa and the world can see that the corruption in Samoa is thicker and sickening than what meets the eye.

They awarded you because regardless of corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s media suppression laws and belittling labels, it did not stop you from publishing evidence of govt corruption and the stories that needed to be told. And most importantly, the publications educated and informed the people of this nation about the continuous, increasing social issues and problems they are facing today.

Now, Mata’afa Keni Lesa, you are in the same caliber and  rubbing shoulders with Previous winners which included The Guardian – Development team, Financial Times journalist Javier Blas, CNN International's Jim Clancy, producer and host of Inside Africa, Elisabeth Rosenthal of the New York Times, Michael Pickstock, of the BBC, Roger Thurow and Scott Kilman, The Wall Street Journal and more.

Who would’ve thought that there’d be someone like you from Savaii, a tiny island in the south pacific and in the world, win this award? It goes to show, if you think the odds are stacked against you, then think again. Anything is possible when you believe in yourself and put your faith in the Living God of Jesus.

Congratulations once again – you’ve done Samoa proud. Keep up the good work. Faafetai le tautua.

May God bless you and your family, your team and Samoa Observer – always.

Minister Hints at more Revenue - Stamp Duties, LTRA 2008 and more......

29/5/2017

PictureMinister of Finance MP Sili Epa

Here is another corrupt H.R.P.P dumb fool, MP Sili Epa.  He said he wants to increase government revenues and reduce unnecessary expenses.
“We’re looking at our revenues,” he said. “We want to be able to see reductions in the budget deficit….”

Is he telling me that the H.R.P.P govt, after 30 years of being in power, have finally decided to look at reducing the deficit and unnecessary spending and again increase revenue?

The fundamental question is, Can you be more specific and explain to the public just exactly how you Sili Epa, corrupt PM Tuilaepa and H.R.P.P govt are going to increase revenue?

Because I know that every time the govt talks about the increase of revenue, it’s passed on to the public - always. In just this year alone, you increased the VAGST.

So although the govt said they will not increase the VAGST, we all know that's a lie. Last year, they told us they won't increase the VAGST this year - this year they did the opposite and went ahead and increased it anyway. Now they tell us again they won't increase it next year - brace yourselves, they will do so again.

Are you telling me you are going to increase it again in the upcoming new financial year to create more revenue for the govt?

Do you understand that the more the cost of living goes up, the more people will be unemployed and forced into poverty?

If you cannot see that the high cost of living is associated with all these social problems then you are one aivalea faavalevalea. The first step to take to help solve Samoa’s economical/financial problem, is for the govt to stop committing corruption against the people immediately.

Then go and collect all the outstanding and unpaid taxes from the companies that are associated with the H.R.P.P MPs in your govt – that alone is worth $100s of Millions. While you at it, stop increasing the fees and services and VAGST that drives the cost of living towards the sky.

How the heck can your incompetent and irresponsible H.R.P.P govt pass all of this and lump it on to the people yet the average pay of most is still at $2.30 Tala per hour?

You also need to cut down on the salaries of the PM, all the MPs, the CEOs etc – that is unnecessary spending. I don’t know why you MPs are getting paid 6 figure salaries when the majority of you don’t do anything let alone achieve what you promised the people when you went into Parliament.

Now you talk about STAMP DUTY.  In case people do not understand what a Stamp Duty is, a stamp duty is a tax which is placed on legal documents usually when assets or property are transferred, especially when it comes to lands. This was exactly my concern in the past when corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his H.R.P.P thugs passed the Lands Titles Registration Act 2008 (LTRA 2008).

Under this LTRA 2008, families (aiga potopoto) will be forced to register their customary lands under an individual (Sa’o o aiga.) Once the lands are registered under the individual, that’s when the govt will ask that family/individual to pay for the Stamp Duty.
That’s exactly the stamp duty MP Sili Epa is talking about. He’s not talking $100s, he’s talking $1000s and up to $Millions depending on the locations of the lands and the parcel sizes.

If the family/individual cannot pay the stamp duty, then you don’t own your land – the govt will until its paid but I doubt it very much many families will be able to afford to pay stamp duties on their lands.

So, to all these loyal fools who’ve been supporting, barking and sucking up to corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his H.R.P.P govt, watch what’s going to happen to you, your family and your lands soon. You will be screaming for their help but they will not hear you. Your loyalty to them will be returned with ignorance and a ‘sorry – it’s the law.’

That’s when I will be in your face and tell you to go cry to someone who cares. Because corrupt PM Tuilaepa and some of his MPs won’t care as they’ve prepared themselves and secured everything to protect themselves from this and leave you and the rest of the nation to go sit at the makafaga and face the ocean.

As a matter of fact, there are those who were loyal to corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt already out in the cold and moved on alone to fend for themselves without the H.R.P.P’s help – they are no longer barking but howling instead.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt need to be thoroughly investigated for all the corruption they’ve committed against this nation over the years including how they rigged the elections to secure power. They also need to have all their assets and businesses declared. After all their motto is ‘Transparency and Accountability’ as corrupt PM Tuilaepa preached not long ago.

But where are all the new H.R.P.P MPs hiding? They promised their voters during their elections campaigns that if they were to win, they would march into govt and make a difference for the betterment of Samoa. But what did Samoa get instead? Heading South!

It didn’t take corrupt PM Tuilaepa long to gag them and put leashes around their necks. I want you H.R.P.P newbies to remember this all the way to your graves – “You are not leaders – you are just corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s slaves, chosen by him to do his evil work. You are just a slave to corrupt PM Tuilaepa.” Hear me out again -  “You are not leaders – you are just corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s slaves, chosen by him to do his evil work. You are just a slave to corrupt PM Tuilaepa.”

You were not chosen by God – you were chosen by the devil which happens to be corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s god. Make sure you read what I’ve said to you and memorize it – that will be your legacy until you make that change.

Govt Shopping Around for an Airline Receive No Interest...

PictureFiji Airways

I recommended this idea for Polynesian Airlines to merge with Fiji Airways way before the govt started talking about its joint venture with Virgin Airlines.  Back then they didn’t listen but today they’ve entertained the idea but it may be too late.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s idea to have Polynesian Airlines fly again would be one of the worse mistakes he could make. Why? Because Samoa still has to pay off the rest of Polynesian Airline’s debt owing to Canadian Airlines on the 20 year contract they signed in the past, to lease planes.

The honest Truth is, corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his H.R.P.P govt have no idea on how to revive Polynesian Airlines internationally.  All the corruption they committed in the past where Polynesian Airline is concerned, have finally caught up with corrupt PM Tuilaepa and H.R.P.P.

I, however, doubt that the govt would go ahead and revive Polynesian Airlines. I also doubt that Fiji Airways would want to get into a joint venture with Polynesian Airlines as the idea may be too risky for them.

Had corrupt PM Tuilaepa back then approached Fiji Airways  for a joint venture instead of Virgin Blue, Fiji Airways would’ve accepted the opportunity. But now that Virgin Blue has entered a joint venture  with Air New Zealand, they are now in the position to dictate the South Pacific market – including Samoa.

That was Virgin Blue’s long term plan I mentioned in a previous article which corrupt PM Tuilaepa, his govt and supporters did not see it coming – for Virgin Blue to put their foot in thru the door first before they gobbled up Polynesian Airlines.

Right now corrupt PM Tuilaepa is a desperate man. At first he said they were negotiating with  Emirates Airline, then he talked about starting up Polynesian Airlines again but now Fiji Airways is mentioned in the plans. All this rubbish talk from corrupt PM Tuilaepa is an indication of how unstable, indecisive and incompetent he and his govt are. They’ve got no idea on what to do.

At the moment, Virgin Blue/Air New Zealand joint venture are laughing at him. Any new airline that comes in to Samoa will be stamped out by this new joint venture and there is nothing the govt of Samoa can do about it.

What disappointed me with what’s happening now means this new Virgin/Air NZ joint venture will monopolize the market which means they can charge Samoan passengers whatever air fares they wish to and there is nothing corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt can do about it. If they decide to charge expensive air fares for the Samoa route, it will have an adverse affect on Samoa’s tourism industry.

As for those govt supporters, which include the compulsive and habitual liar Peter (Petelo) Suaniu a.k.a PS Jeffery/ Tofaeono Joe Hollywood Tinoa’i, who advocated for this idea in the past, what have they got to say about this issue now which they are trying to avoid altogether? When the govt first raised the idea of the joint venture with Virgin Blue, they were all for it, had a lot to say about it and praised the govt non-stop. Today all of a sudden, they’ve gone deaf, dumb and mute. Lol lol lol

This govt’s incompetence, corruption and bad decisions about running the country have cost the tax payers $Millions. I remember very well back then when the govt posted pictures of the Chinese planes they planned to bring over to Samoa only to be told by the Civil Aviation Authority of NZ that the planes were not safe to transport passengers. Tonga heeded NZ’s advice and decided to ban them from their airport.

Ga o mea gau a mea ia e maua mai ia corrupt PM Tuilaepa fa’avalevalea ma laga vaega. E va’ai aku e koe foi Samoa i le alo paopao lol lol lol

However, if Samoa does decide to go ahead with Polynesian Airlines, they would go broke overnight as Samoa does not have the financial backing to keep it in the air – remember, Samoa is living on loans, foreign aids, has a $2 Billion debt and is very, very broke they want to tax the poor faifeau to raise revenue. Koekiki gei tax e le malo  ma corrupt PM Tuilaepa gai vale ma le 400 prostitutes ia e feofeoa’i solo i Apia – that’s how broke Samoa govt is. Lol lol lol

Govt's Tax Plan Rejected by the Church....

27/5/2017

Picture

This idea of taxing Church Ministers/pastors belongs to corrupt PM Tuilaepa but he sent MP Tialavea to bark on his behalf. As I’ve said many times before, the H.R.P.P members have been blinded by God because of their corruption and greed, especially corrupt PM Tuilaepa and this man MP Tialavea.

According to MP Tialavea and corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s stinking thinking, the C.C.C.S, the Methodist and other churches shall be taxed except for the Catholic church! Why not the Catholic Church? Why should they be exempted?

It is written that politics should never mix with Spiritual matters which is why foreign countries such as Australia, NZ and America who are not considered Christian States and as religious as Samoa, will not go near this issue of taxing pastors or churches.  The govts of those foreign countries mentioned exempt churches from paying taxes and they also offer tax breaks to the churches because of the charity work they do for the communities.

Now our country which is considered a Christian State wants to tax the church leaders/faafeagaiga? What next? The church as a whole?

MP Tialavea said, give to Caesar what is Caesar’s and unto God what is God’s. Now listen here you fools corrupt PM Tuilaepa and MP Tialavea - There are two very different so called “offerings” here  - there is the tax which the govt forced onto the people, and then there’s the offerings from what the people donated to the church.

The money the people offered to the church in the Name of God belongs to God - the money the govt forced the people to pay via taxes, belongs to the Govt.

That’s what Jesus meant by what He said. Therefore, give the money that was forced from the people via taxes to the govt  and give the money offered in the Name of God unto God.

A lot of people think that the church’s money is not going back to the people – in some cases, yes but in most cases, the money has gone back to the people via various services they’ve provided. Look at the Primary Schools, High Schools and Colleges that are funded by the various churches – C.C.C.S, the Methodist and the Catholic as well as the Mormons – their schools are everywhere. These contributions by the churches alone to our society are worth $100s of Millions and were only made possible by the money the people donated to their churches in the Name of God.

So if all the churches decided to shut down all their schools, where will corrupt PM Tuilaepa, MP Tialavea and the govt go to to get the money to open up more schools to educate the kids from the ‘closed down’ church schools?

Then you look at the EFKS’s Dialysis program. A lot of our people are suffering and have died from renal diseases.  When the statistics hit an alarming rate, corrupt PM Tuilaepa denied it as usual and he and and his govt ignored the problem and didn’t even bother to buy Dialysis machines to treat the people.  It was the EFKS church which purchased the machines and offered free treatment to those who suffer kidney failure and other renal related diseases regardless of which denomination the patients were from. As the statistics increased over the years, the C.C.C.S bought more Dialysis machines to accommodate the need of patient treatments.

On top of that, the pastor/faifeau continue to deliver God’s Divine messages of peace, hope and love to our people – those messages which have helped our people to cope well  with the troubles and struggles they face each day.

This idea of taxing the Faifeau is indeed a desperate act by govt as it now has no money due to the corruption they’ve committed against the people during their 30 years of being in power.

MP Tialavea said, “I took the oath when I was selected as the Minister that I would do everything to make sure that we get extra money for the development of the country."

Now this hypocritical fool talks about his sworn oath to God but his actions so far have made a mockery of that oath and of God.  What about his oath to be honest, transparent and accountable to the people of this nation? What about his oath to serve the people and put the best interest of the people before his own? What about his oath of stopping corruption within govt? What about his oath not to steal public funds but he committed it anyway over the years?

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt become very cold towards the people when it comes to money. So much for  Samoa being a Christian State yet the actions of its Parliamentarians contradict everything Samoa stands for – Faavae i le Atua Samoa has now become Faavae i le Tupe Samoa.

The corruption within the govt has caused Samoa a lot of problems right now. The more money this govt raises, the more corruption they commit.  One of the problems this govt has is not so much about how much revenue they raise, but how that revenue is spent.  The large amounts of revenue  they’ve misused and abused goes to show how irresponsible they really are.

The good thing about this issue of the govt taxing pastors being raised is that now the churches and their Elders get to realize how corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his H.R.P.P govt are. Let’s hope the churches and their leaders make a strong stand against govt corruption and preach to corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt to stop what they are doing against the people of this nation.

Now that corrupt PM Tuilaepa and H.R.P.P have passed the law to make Samoa a Christian State, it’s time for our church leaders to take that stand and make their voices heard to protect our Christian beliefs, cultural and familial values.

The Untold Truth behind the P.M's Told Story...

PictureCorrupt PM Tuilaepa (Photo credit: Internet)

This book should be called ‘Palemia: Kuluku, Kala Pepelo, Fa’avalevalea.”   I reckon it will become a best seller with that title alone.

To begin with, more than half of the Samoan population live in isolated areas –  a lot of successful people (past and present) hailed from isolated areas too and most of them always tell their life stories as ones who grew up in poverty before they became successful.  So there’s nothing extraordinary about corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s beginnings – it’s a common story shared by all.

About 99.9% of Samoa's adult population, when you sit down with them during a kava session or when sharing a pot of koko samoa, they will tell you their story better than the one before them ensuring they always come out as the hero at the end.  Lol Obviously corrupt PM Tuilaepa has been watching too much of Hollywood's Will smith’s 'Pursuit of Happiness' except Will Smith’s character did not commit corruption and worked hard.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa owes a lot of his success to Samoa’s current Head of State, Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Tupuola Tufuga Efi, when he was the Prime Minister of Samoa back in the day. It was Tupuola Efi that sent corrupt PM Tuilaepa to all those places overseas that corrupt PM Tuilaepa mentioned. It was also Tupuola Efi that sent him three (3) times to New Zealand on scholarships and 3 times corrupt PM Tuilaepa failed.
Then at the end, corrupt PM Tuilaepa betrayed Tupuola Efi by rolling over to the H.R.P.P.  So really, without Tupuola Efi and the tax payers at the time, corrupt PM Tuilaepa wouldn’t be where he is today.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa also betrayed the late Honourable Va’ai Kolone by playing his role in overthrowing him within the H.R.P.P.  Now that's twice corrupt PM Tuilaepa betrayed those who helped him with his political career which confirms he's a traitor and will play dirty to get what he wants.

This “Palemia” book will cost $50 Tala per copy and as I said before, I would not spend one sene (1 cent) on it. However, in the event I am presented with a copy, rather than peruse it I would put it to good use in the outback house where it deserves to be. But how much of tax payers money was spent on its publication?

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa need to snap out of being delusional and accept the fact that his book will not solve the forever increasing high cost of living and all the social problems that stemmed from govt corruption under his leadership – that corruption which the nation is facing and condemned them into living in hardship today.

This book will not provide water and electricity to the many people who have been going without these necessities for years  nor will it alleviate the poverty most of the population endure daily and have been pleading to corrupt PM Tuilaepa and H.R.P.P to ease up on burdening them – sadly their pleas fell on deaf ears.

This book will not solve the education failure nor decrease the high number of drop outs, neither will it provide jobs to combat the increasing unemployment statistics. It will not improve the poor health service in a hospital that is under resourced and has been labeled a morgue due to the high number of unexplained mysterious deaths that it churns out each year.

The reason I’m disappointed with this book is because there was no mention whatsoever of how corrupt PM Tuilaepa kissed the stigmata Toa’s foot and because he enjoyed it so much, he tried to convince the nation to put  their faith and trust in his stigmata and to follow her religiously to the point he helped the stigmata and her family by sending them on a 6 month vacation in Rome with all expenses paid for  courtesy of the tax payers; and how his stigmata circus upon their return from Rome, instead of revealing the 40+ messages they promised the nation, they revealed a baby yet there was no message of the stigmata being pregnant prior to her trip to Rome – the nation was duped!

That led to the stigmata’s father and corrupt PM Tuilaepa demanding for the head of an innocent blogger who did not commit a crime but questioned relentlessly the authenticity of the stigmata;  offered opinions on the subject; demanded 2 x DNA tests as he suspected there was incest involved and demanded for the 40+ messages the nation was promised.  No expense was spared and every resource was used to their disposal on the search for the blogger – that search then became the search of SAMOA’S MOST WANTED – OLP.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa then became the first PM in the region to head a police search himself as this particular search was personal for him.  Corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his search party accused many innocent members of the public of being OLP and eventually wrongfully arrested an innocent woman who turned out not to be the blogger.  As for the blogger, well he’s still blogging.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa should’ve stepped down years ago for abusing his position. You’d rather lose your position and maintain your self-respect than losing both of these. That’s exactly what will happen to corrupt PM Tuilaepa in the near future – he will lose both. Also he seems to be spending more of his time jet setting to visit his children overseas; attend tax payer funded boxing matches of his nephews abroad and writing his egotistical memoir instead of running the country.  The way I see it corrupt PM Tuilaepa is having a holiday on the job - no wonder the country is in a mess. It's time for him to step down and step out and let someone who has the best interest of this nation at heart take the reigns.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa did not mention his involvement in the selling of 20,000 Samoan passports for $300,000 Tala (which he took from the Office of the PM) which  was never approved  of by the cabinet – some of those passports he sold illegally to the Chinese until he got caught out. As for the rest of the passports, their disappearance remain a mystery today. That incident led to corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his corrupt govt  suing Samoa Observer and committing arson against them by burning down their premises just because they published the story on this passport fraud to inform the public. Corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his corrupt thugs were never charged nor did any of them stand trial for these crimes they committed against Samoa Observer and the public. It was from this incident that the media suppression started.

I thought this book would reveal the $100s of Millions of tax payers money, the 2009 Tsunami funds and the $10s of Millions of SRU funds  that went missing and still remain unaccounted for  today – but it did not.

There’s no mention of how he (and his son in law Chief Auditor Kamilo Afele) covered up the corruption in his own party and govt including the OPC report which remains untabled today.

The book is filled with lies and more lies. As a matter of fact it contradicts everything from how corrupt PM Tuilaepa led Samoa into its $2+ billion debt, the misuse and abuse of public funds, aids, loans and power, dictatorship, govt corruption, bribery and fraud during elections which saw H.R.P.P buy its way into power and so much more.

The list of corruption can go on and on about this man’s corruption which are not mentioned in the book. That corruption which has left Samoa politically and economically unstable today despite what the book says.

MP Afamasaga Rico Blame Media for Govt Incompetence Over Cable...

22/5/2017

PictureH.R.P.P's Minister of Communications MP Afamasaga Rico Tupai (Photo credit: Internet)

This Tui Samoa cable (internet) will become another failed project added on to corrupt PM Tuilaepa and H.R.P.P’s  list of failures.  It will fail because corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his MPs in govt, especially Afamasaga Rico Tupai, are nothing but a bunch of crooks.

They failed already in many areas of this project before it was even up and going yet they saw it but pride, blindness and lack of knowledge got the better of them but went ahead with the project anyway.

This Afamasaga Rico Tupai is worse than his own father in law, H.R.P.P MP Liuga when it comes to corruption, failed projects and kaufaavalea.  He forgot to mention in his press conference that not only did the public have to endure his ugly face but his ugly attitude as well. Now rather than take ownership of his incompetence, he had the nerve to blame the media for their failure.

But why the media?

The media did what it’s expected to do – ask questions in regards to the progress of the Tui Samoa cable in order to update/inform the public  on the project they are paying for.
And why is Afamasaga Rico so evasive about this?

Even the paperwork for their bid for the cable boat to station in Samoa was also not clear and ill prepared and was a complete failure.  The minister admitted it as per the article,  “The Minister also said the government had failed to submit a bid for a maintenance vessel on time because of “interruptions in the media.”

The govt failed to submit the bid because they were sitting on their fat corrupt butts, thinking up scams and did nothing. They were ill prepared and is indication they have no idea of what they’re doing. The media did not put a gun to the govt’s head and upheld the submission – the govt did that to themselves.

One thing for certain is Govt Lolo of American Samoa had already washed his hands from this project due to Samoa’s proposal lacking transparency and was ill prepared.

Samoa does not need this stupid cable – it will cost the taxpayers too much money.
Think about it people – in order to install these cables for the people to have access to the internet, the ground must be dug up to lay down the cables to connect to every household. Are they going to dig up the ground and roads all the way out to the rural areas for residents to have access to the internet?  Of course not.

If corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt till this day after being in office for 30 years cannot provide water and electricity to a lot of people here in Samoa, what makes anyone think that EVERYONE will be getting cable?

Samoa should just stick to the satellite dish. There’s nothing wrong with accessing internet via satellite – it works out to be more cost effective, easily accessible and we already have it and are using it today. The good thing about the satellite dish is that every Samoan (including those living in rural areas) have access to it whereas  the cable, the majority of Samoa will not have access to it. There is already a technology in America that will help increase the speed of the internet via satellite (from 20 to 100+ mbps) megabits per second.

One of the biggest problems with having  cable is that Samoa is always flooding every year, especially around the town area, in the rainy seasons. That will cause a lot of problems such as internet being cut off altogether/outage and running at a much slower speed.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa has been talking about this cable for many years now. You would think that before the cable arrived to Samoa the govt would have prepared themselves, have a warehouse for Tui Samoa to attract a bid to store its cables and spare parts and have cables connected to every home by now.  Instead, the cable has arrived and the govt have done nothing – not even prepare for it.  That’s why the boat left our shores and is now stationed at New Caledonia.

So how the heck then is the media to be blamed for MP Afamasaga Rico and corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s incompetence and for the boats decision to leave and go to American Samoa when they haven’t got off their corrupt butts to do anything?

We already have 2 cables coming to Samoa – so why is this stupid govt wasting money on an additional cable?

All these projects by the govt are all corrupt projects and implemented with hidden agendas. The worse thing about it is that it’s always the tax payer that has to pay for these failed projects and this govt’s incompetence and corruption.

Nothing will change for the betterment of Samoa under corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s leadership and his corrupt govt.  Everything corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP have done is all for praise and self glory to satisfy their big fat egos but never about the people who are suffering in the process to pay for it all.
Ua too much fia poko but no ability.

Virgin Drops Govt...

PictureVIRGIN AUSTRALIA C.E.O: John Borghetti. Photo: Theaustralian.com (Inset) Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sa’ilele Malielegaoi.
Around 6 years ago, I heavily criticized this merge between Virgin Airlines and Polynesian Airlines. During heated discussions of this issue at the time, some uneducated govt supporters with their barking dogs and lawyers (including the aivalea Joe Hollywood Tofaeono Tinoa’i) defended the idea with passion and insisted the merge would benefit Samoa.  I warned them that merging with corporate companies would have an adverse effect on Samoa.

This same bunch and the govt of the day don’t like criticism so they accused me of being negative – the question to them now is, “What is so positive about what’s happening now between Virgin and Polynesian Airlines?”

My advise to these clowns - Rather than see my criticism as a negative, try and understand it and see things from a different perspective for a change.  The reason why some people cannot see the positive aspects of a critique is because they ignorant, corrupt, are too aivalea to understand the issue discussed, too blind to see the dangers looming in the horizon let alone what’s in front of them – even when the govt slaps them or shit hard on them, they still can’t see it nor get it but instead ask for more lol lol lol So rather than see my criticism as a negative, try and see the positive it brings – consider it as a warning.

Every corporate company that merges with a small business/company, will always have both a short term plan and a long term plan. The corporate company will always tell you what their short term plan is but will never tell you their long term plan - everything they do is about their long term plan without the small company knowing.  Their best interest will be for themselves foremost before that of the small company’s - That’s business.

As I predicted when warning the govt 6 years ago, you would have to be blind not to see that Virgin’s long term plan was to swallow up Polynesian Airlines  and that’s exactly what has happened now.

What’s happening here with Virgin is what was  the same thing that happened to Blue Sky and other State Owned Enterprises (S.O.E).  Nothing positive about what happened to both.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his H.R.P.P govt thought they were all there but were nowhere near it – they were too dumb to understand how these things worked.   The thing is corrupt PM Tuilaepa is so used to fooling our people, he thought he could fool this corporate company but he got fooled instead. This is not the first time this has happened – it happened numerous times over the years.

The problem with corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt when it comes to negotiating with corporate companies, they’re always sending the wrong signals and make it look like Samoa needs the corporate company more than they need us.  The company sees their exposed vulnerability and naivety and then play on it to their advantage.  It is true that Samoa is desperate but that doesn’t mean they have to show that weakness at the negotiating table.

Any threat from this govt to Virgin Blue will only create more problems for Samoa - it will result in the taxpayers paying out more money due to this govt’s stupidity.

Virgin Blue does not give a hoot about corrupt PM Tuilaepa and Samoa as they’ve already got what they wanted and Samoa got peanuts out of it. You know what happens when Virgin Blue produce peanuts, the monkey comes out. And that’s what corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt are – a bunch of monkeys.

All the decisions they have made so far have cost the taxpayers $millions because they are all corrupt.
Now they’re talking about negotiations with Emirate Airlines. Now if Air New Zealand doesn’t want to merge with Polynesian let alone have anything to do with Samoa, then what makes this govt think Emirates would want to have anything to do with them? All these corporate companies are well aware of how corrupt our govt is.

Now MP Niko Lee Hang has once again stepped in to clean up one of corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s many messes. We might as well make MP Lee Hang the Prime Minister of this country. He’s the only H.R.P.P MP who had the guts to demand for accountability and transparency and tried to clean up the corruption within corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s govt. In saying that, corrupt PM Tuilaepa should step down – he’s too dumb, too stupid and too corrupt.

Virgin Blue saw that the number of tourists coming in to Samoa had dropped – this would mean more overheads and less profits for them. Even corrupt PM Tuilaepa finally admitted the Truth to the world that there are not enough tourists coming in to Samoa.
But what tourist would feel secure and safe after watching corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s 60 Minutes global interview which went viral where he blamed the tourists/rape victim of ‘being in the wrong place at the wrong time? Then there are the tourists who’ve been bashed and robbed whilst on vacation.

Even the many corrupt laws the govt have put in place don’t help but make tourists unsafe to visit.

Well, so much for a Christian State and peaceful paradise! Samoa does not rely on advertising alone – word of mouth is very powerful and is considered one of the best marketing tool when it comes to advertising tourist destinations.  So upon their return, what are the tourists saying to potential tourists about their horrific experiences in Samoa and how the govt handled it? Well, I can only imagine them telling those potential tourists that corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s  response would be, ‘you were in the wrong place at the wrong time.’

Corrupt PM and Dr Death Deny STD Risk to the Nation....

PictureMinister of Health, Dr Tuitama a.k.a Dr Death (Photo credit: Samoa Observer)

This Minister of Health, Dr Tuitama, who also happens to be a doctor, is the dumbest doctor on earth and you wonder why the Health Service here in Samoa is providing a poor service and there are many unexplained mysterious deaths in our hospital. As the Minister of Health, he is responsible for protecting and promoting public health and providing welfare and other social security services – not denying it!

Dr Tuitama’s response to the UNAIDs report and the studies carried out by U.N.D.P, U.N.I.C.E.F and the University of New South Wales (Australia)  which included the high statistics of Chlamydia, HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases on the rise and are spreading like wildfire in Samoa thru prostitution and unsafe sex, is an absolute disgrace!

He said, “You don't want me to say that the Prime Minister was wrong. You know he is the leader of our country; if he says it’s rubbish, it must be rubbish.”

Dr Tuitama has basically told the whole of Samoa to not dare question these issues and corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s decisions but to believe in the corrupt, con artist instead.

How the hell could Dr Tuitama tell the nation to believe in corrupt PM Tuilaepa who is not even a doctor?

HIV/Aids, a serious disease and a killer, already exists in Samoa – and this is their attitude towards it?

How many more innocent people must die as a result of their ignorance and callousness? What will it take for these stupid fools in govt to wake up and do something about it?

Remember the stigmata fiasco when corrupt PM Tuilaepa jumped on board the circus train to convince the people of this nation to believe in the stigmata hoax? Only to find out that the whole thing was a sham when OLP’s letter was published where he demanded for stigmatic Toa’s wounds and mental state to be psychologically and medically assessed by professional doctors overseas? And for Opapo and others to undergo 2 x DNA paternity tests to disprove the allegations of incest OLP suspected Opapo and others involved in committing?

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa, who is also the Minister of Police,  straight away ran to his office and called the police and the whole of Samoa living locally and abroad, to participate in the hunt for OLP and if found, present him with OLP’s head on a silver platter.  This personal witch hunt of corrupt PM Tuilaepa and Opapo, cost the tax payers a lot of money.

When corrupt PM Tuilaepa realized they had exhausted all the govt resources on tracking down OLP and still hadn’t found him, that’s when it dawned on corrupt PM Tuilaepa that he could no longer cover up his and Opapo’s hoax. So he distanced himself from both Opapo and stigmata Toa, as their scam was publicized world-wide.
The dumb fool did not attend stigmata Toa’s Easter show performance nor Opapo’s farewell show.

The moral of this story is this, if corrupt PM Tuilaepa says for all to go jump in the toilet, and Dr Death a.k.a Dr Tuitama believes and obeys that, is that what he (Dr) too wants for the people of this nation to do – for all to jump in the toilet and not question the leaders’ decisions?

A normal doctor, when presented with statistics which indicate that there are diseases which are spreading and pose a threat to a society, would immediately get a team together and focus on a solution, preventative measures to kill off the disease, protect the society and also address the underlying issues that led to the break out/epidemic . Instead, Dr Death Tuitama implemented a quick fix solution called ‘Deny, deny, deny.’

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa and Dr Death Tuitama want the people of Samoa to join them in also denying the seriousness of this social problem by sweeping it under the carpet and pretending it’s not happening. That is irresponsible, and is very sickening.

They’re in denial of the existence of prostitution and the drastic spread of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) because they themselves, the leaders and the elite of society, are the culprits and perpetrators - the main customers of these prostitutes, engage in pedophilia activities and have also contributed to the spread of these diseases.

Their denial and ignorance to these social problems is a strong indication they as leaders lack a duty of care to the nation and do not want to put a stop into these indecent activities as they enjoy it and it goes hand in hand with the corruption they’re committing.
Due to their denial of all these social problems in our society today, the people have become their victims and continue to suffer the consequence of their (leaders) ignorance.

According the Ministry of Health’s website, their vision statement is written as, “An Effective, Accountable, Safe and People Centered Health System” and their Mission Statement reads as, “To regulate and monitor Samoa's Health System in order to achieve the Vision.”  Sadly, these are empty words on a page as reflected in the responses given by both corrupt PM Tuilaepa and Dr Death Tuitama and contradicted by the reality of what’s happening within our Health sector.

There are a lot of good doctors currently in Samoa today - some from abroad remained while some came and left. The real reason behind the shortage of doctors, was because a lot of the Samoan doctors who came from overseas to help our community, have experienced the ignorance and callousness of the leaders in govt (past and present.)

Whenever they raised a concern in regards to the well being and welfare of the people and the diseases that pose a threat, or come up with ideas to help improve our Health Service and for the betterment of our welfare and well being as a nation, Dr Death Tuitama and the govt behind him stepped in and bullied those good doctors to shut them up. It gotten so bad to the point these good doctors could no longer take the bullying and the stupid politics which interfered with their good work, so they  returned or moved overseas while some went on to open private clinics.

Anywhere else in the world, if a doctor responded to the facts and statistics presented to him in regards to an alarming spread of diseases like how Dr Death did, that doctor would’ve been made to step down immediately, stripped of his Doctor qualifications and removed/struck off from the medical register and be banned from practicing altogether.
In my opinion, Dr Death Tuitama is only good at one thing – killing off our people. He’s not good at treating our people, nor is he fit to run the Health Ministry - that’s why I call him Dr Death.

He should never be trusted to run our health Service let alone be the Minister of it. So many of our people who lost their loved ones to ‘mysterious deaths’ are still owed ‘honest’ explanations for the true cause of deaths of their loved one . Sadly, this has been the case for years and it is still continuing today.

What’s happening here is what you call the putting of corrupt politics above and before the welfare and well being of the people of this nation.

The question is, "Is Dr Death Tuitama fit enough to carry these responsibilities and the health of the nation on his shoulders?"

I don’t think so. It’s time for this man to step down and hand over the role to someone who has the gall to stand up for the people of this nation and who would not compromise the health of our people for his own bread and butter.

These MPs are all suffering from mental retardation. Ua faapogisaiga e le Atua o lakou mafaufau ma ua ola faasevasevaloaiga  kalu ai le gaoi ma le kala pepelo i kagaka – ua mamao ma le alofa.

The Fight that Waste Tax Payers Money...

Picture WBO heavyweight boxing champion, Joseph Parker (R) and Romania's Razvan Cojanu in action during the WBO World Heavyweight Title Fight. (Photo: Andrew Cornaga / www.photosport.nz)

The Cabinet of Samoa need to step in and put a stop on taxpayers money being spent on Joseph Parker's fights. This is not only stupid, but it's corruption.

Joseph Parker fought a Romanian boxer Razvan Cojanu, who hasn't made a name for himself in the industry and had only 2 weeks to prepare himself for the challenge,  whereas Parker was prepared for this match from 3 - 4 months ago. Parker himself was  struggling.

Can you imagine if Cajeno was given the same time frame to prepare himself as Parker did?

Parker would been smashed and probably knocked out in the first round.

Now Parker's camp is talking about Parker's upcoming fight with Anthony Joshua. Let's be honest and realistic here. That fight will not happen anytime sooner - it might even not happen at all. Parker is nowhere near Anthony Joshua. Anthony Joshua is fighting real world champs like Wladimir Klitsckho and others and his fights are worth $10s of Millions while Parker fights for peanuts and his punch can't hurt a fly as there's not much power in it. I don't think Parker and Ducco can afford to fight in the $Millions. Parker is nowhere near the caliber of David Tua.

Corrupt PM Tuilaepa told lies that they spent the money on Parker to attract tourists to Samoa. How many tourists showed up since Parker's last fight? None!

He spent the nations money because Parker is his nephew. The taxpayers money is not corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his family's bank account. Enough of this rubbish from him and the Cabinet seriously need to put a stop to it.
