TU’ULA SUCCESSFUL – WHEN's THE  BI-ELECTION?

31/8/2016

PictureCharges dismissed: Tu'ula Kiliri Tuitui and lawyer Iuni Sapolu (Cr: Samoa Observer)

Congratulations to Tu’ula Kilifi and his lawyer Iuni Sapolu for your win and for fighting for the Truth – now the Truth has prevailed.

For many a times I have criticized this Electoral Commissioner, Faimalomatumua Mathew Lemisio and corrupt PM Tuilaepa and called them both and their new Electoral law, corrupt. Corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP deliberately appointed Faimalomatumua Mathew Lemisio as the Electoral Commissioner and changed the law so they can corrupt the election to guarantee HRPP a landslide victory and to wipe out the Opposition altogether in the process.  This corrupt change in law was to make it easier for corrupt PM Tuilaepa to pass laws to meet the Chinese demands which include the issuing of Citizenships to the first lot of 30,000 Chinese that come to Samoa; granting them equal rights to our Customary lands when they are bestowed with matai titles as the people of Samoa do have today and their many more demands.

The biggest question that everyone is asking now, HOW SOON WILL THE BI ELECTION BE NOW  THAT TU’ULA KILIFI IS FOUND INNOCENT? The sooner the better, as a matter of fact, immediately will be great.   These stupid corrupt electoral laws deny the rights of eligible candidates to contest seats and to win an election fairly and squarely.

AND WHY IS THE ELECTORAL COMMISSIONER REPRESENTING HIMSELF IN COURT? Something is very fishy and smelly there.

Now we’ve received the outcome of Tu’ula’s case, what does it say now about all the other cases that were filed in court and withdrawn by the abuse of the faasamoa before they made it in the presence of a judge? THOSE WITHDRAWN CASES WERE CRIMINAL MATTERS THAT SHOULD ONLY BE DECIDED BY THE COURTS – not by the village council, pulenu’u and the abused faasamoa who threatened the complainant with village punishments and exile if they were to go ahead with their claims.

Samoa is run by HRPP thugs and criminals who are nothing but a bunch of outlaw gangsters who need to be investigated and locked up in jail. Once we do that, Samoa will then have hope for a better future. For now, the corrupt leaders and those who supported corrupt PM Tuilaepa and HRPP’s corruption, will continue to suffer all the way to their graves and beyond.

Police Commissioner and NPO Director arrested...

18/8/2016

PictureDirector of the NPO Mauga Precious Chang (inset) and Police Commissioner Egon Keil
I warned PC Egon about  this when he first got appointed – to  watch his back and every little move he makes  as well as leave no room for mistakes. Any changes made within any govt department cause frustration especially when there’s a culture of corruption within that Department.

Now the Director of the National Prosecution Office (N.P.O.), Mauga Precious Chang has been arrested and charged by the Police, it has now become a matter of Police vs the NPO. This is an old political stunt  by corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his govt members.

What is going to happen here is that corrupt PM Tuilaepa will work from behind the scenes and see to it that both these Public Servants get away with it. When that happens, both PC Egon and NPO Director Precious Chan will feel that corrupt PM Tuilaepa saved them and they then become obligated to corrupt PM Tuilaepa.  Think about it. Any decision made in regards to these two such as suspension without pay/with pay or the loss of their jobs due to the charges against them, will be made by the Cabinet.

The same thing happened with the elections. When election candidates took HRPP members to court for bribery and corruption, corrupt PM Tuilaepa was extremely busy abusing the faasamoa, tofa mamao and ifoga to withdraw all the cases against his HRPP members – YET THEY WERE CRIMINAL MATTERS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO GO THRU THE COURTS. Now those HRPP members who got away with election corruption and facing a judge in court, are now obligated puppets to corrupt PM Tuilaepa – not to the people.

This Police vs NPO will now become another absolute waste of tax payers money. At the end of the day, nothing will happen to these two. They will both be found not guilty and will return to their jobs. IF MURDERERS, PEDOPHILES AND RAPISTS GET AWAY SCOT FREE WITH THEIR CRIMES UNDER THIS HRPP GOVT, WHY NOT THESE TWO? The only changes that will happen here, is that they both will now forever remember they owe their jobs to corrupt PM Tuilaepa and they will serve him and HRPP instead of the people of this nation they were  sworn in to do. People may call it smart politics by corrupt PM Tuilaepa but I will call it STUPID, CORRUPT AND SICKENING. www.sobserver.ws/en/17_08_2016/local/10088/Police-boss-charged.htm

Govt of fools pray for donor...

The title of this article should be changed to “Govt of Fools’ because when the budget was first released, the supporting fools sang Hallelujah as they believed everything this foolish govt said. Not even one of these fools sat back and calculated the Budget. With a $1.5 Billion loan that’s gone thru the ceiling, where do the fools think the govt is going to get the money from to fund the $986 Million, 2016/17 budget? I’ve said it a 100 times before that the budget is just numbers on a sheet of paper and the govt is broke.   They can come up with the money to pay for useless govt members’ 4WDs and their salaries and to develop their families, but when it comes to money for Agriculture; Education; Health etc to be spent on the people, the govt’s response relayed by Minister Tialavea Tioniosio Seigafolava is, “say a prayer and hope for a donor from somewhere to provide us the funds.” I’ve never heard this sort of statement uttered by a politician/govt anywhere else in the world – only in Samoa.
According to the so-called Budget, $10 Million was apparently allocated for the Jail – but the Minister of Prison and Customs, MP Tialavea said that they’ve only got $1 Million and a shortfall of $9 Million! I debated this issue 4 years ago with a lot of the fools (govt supporters) who bragged that the govt will be building a ‘5 Star, state of the art prison.’ Numerous times I told them, “The govt is broke and it does not have any money.” Now the Minister of Prisons response has confirmed what I always said – the govt is broke.
Now I know why corrupt PM Tuilaepa blushed and squirmed in his seat when the 60 Minutes Program interviewer asked him about the $15 Million Australia donated and “where is it, Prime Minister?”  They were indeed valid questions.
The govt also told the people that,  “We must not spend beyond our means,” but they didn’t hesitate to spend $$ on a brand new 4WD for a Minister!  WHY DIDN’T THE GOVT CONFISCATE ONE (IF NOT ALL) OF THE CARS, LIKE THE TOYOTA LEXUS, FROM MP LIUGA AS HE HAS 3 PUBLIC VEHICLES IN HIS POSSESSION, AND GIVE ONE OF THOSE CARS TO THE MINISTER OF CUSTOMS AND PRISONS? The way corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his HRPP are behaving when it comes to the abuse of public funds,  will make anyone sick in the stomache. Look at the sky rocketing cost of living forced onto the poor, the sick and the weak, to pay off this govt’s corruption and for the ongoing abuse of Public Funds. Sit back and watch. There will be more similar stories like that from the Minister of Prisons, from every other Govt Ministry – all in due time.
NZ has been blacklisted by Europe for Money Laundering and Samoa will be next. Australia has already blacklisted Samoa behind our backs. Without donors and remittances, Samoa will be bankrupt by now – as a matter of fact, we’re are almost there. In the past, donors gave large sums of money to help develop Samoa – now they’re giving us peanuts. Now that NZ is blacklisted, when they’re economy goes down, so will the remittance and along with it Samoa’s economy. NZ’s export to Europe per annum is around $20 Billion. Imagine that $20 Billion removed from their economy – NZ will be doomed and so will be Samoa.

Sex Offenders - Samoa Govt's protected species...

PictureSamoa's court house
A 4 year old was indecently assaulted and the perpetrator only received a 2 year sentence? O A IA IKUAIGA KAMALOLOA UA FA’AKILOKILO I SE ALUALUKOKO GA O LE 4 KAUSAGA? WHAT KIND OF A MAN WOULD TURN TO A 4 YEAR OLD TO SATISFY HIS SEXUAL URGES? Even animals cannot commit such crimes against their young.
Think about it people, WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF IT WAS YOUR CHILD?  WHO CAN WE TRUST IN OUR SOCIETY NOWADAYS?  We can’t trust teachers around our children; we can’t trust the police around our kids as there were police who abused children in the past and I believe they are still doing it today.  Even spiritual leaders cannot be trusted as children/youth were victimized under their care. We cannot trust corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his HRPP outlaws as they are the ones who issued citizenship and passports to convicted pedophiles/rapists from overseas ; they’ve written leniency letters on behalf of such perpetrators and protected govt employees who committed similar crimes  but were only caught out when victims reported them directly to the police.
Looking at our Maota Fono i Tiafau, they too cannot be trusted. EVEN PREVIOUS AND CURRENT HRPP MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT COMMITTED SEX OFFENCES AND NEVER MADE IT TO COURT DUE TO THE ABUSE OF ‘IFOGA, TOFA MAMAO MA LE AVA FATAFATA.’ You know who these MPs are and you MPs know who you are and who I’m talking about. Again, they are corrupt PM Tuilaepa’s protected species. IS THIS ONE OF THE REASONS CORRUPT PM TUILAEPA AND HRPP ARE TAKING TOO LONG TO PASS TOUGHER LAWS TO PROTECT WOMEN AND CHILDREN AND TO IMPLEMENT THE SEX OFFENDERS REGISTRY? Why? To continue protecting their corrupt counterparts and their HRPP name?
As for our own Judiciary system, it has failed these victimized children by only handing out 2 year sentences to sex offenders. WHERE DOES THIS LEAVE THE CHILD AND THE MOTHER WHO HAVE RECEIVED LIFE SENTENCES BECAUSE OF THEIR ORDEALS? And what sort of judge would sit there and listen to the Defence lawyers  summary and accept the excuse that THE SEXUAL ASSAULT AGAINST A 4 YEAR OLD WAS A MISTAKE? THIS WAS NOT A MISTAKE – IT WAS CALCULATED AND PREMEDITATED. They went as far as using the excuse the perpetrator is the breadwinner of the family! So what? IF I WAS THE JUDGE, MY RESPONSE TO SUCH DEFENCE LAWYERS WOULD BE, “TELL SOMEONE WHO CARES BUT YOIUR CLIENT IS GOING TO JAIL FOR A LONG, LONG TIME.”  Unfortunately, that did not happen as even the judges don’t take the impacts of these crimes upon a child and his/her family, seriously. The sentences these judges are handing out to pedophiles  and child sex offenders  today are a slap on the wrist and are sending the wrong message out to society, that molesting a child is not that bad a crime!
I’ve written threads in the past and warned parents to look after their children and not to trust anyone outside of themselves. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO ARM YOURSELF TO PROTECT YOUR CHILD, SO BE IT.  Sadly, even some parents have no boundaries and raped/molested their own.
Here in Samoa they’d rather protect the family name/honor and the sex offender’s status in society instead of the child.  Because of that, how many more of these crimes have gone unreported?
With these heinous crimes committed against children and the Judiciary system’s  attitude towards these crimes, is that expected from a Christian society?  I doubt it very much. As I said before, our society is rotten to the core and it is a reflection of a rotten, corrupt govt, corrupt spiritual leaders and corrupt matai.
With the number of sex offences against children and women on the rise, it’s time to have a Sex Offender’s Register and start exposing these criminals for who/what they are – SEX OFFENDERS.  The criminals’ names are suppressed on the media to protect the victim (understandable) but with a Sex Offenders Registry, the criminals name would be exposed to warn the public and the victim’s name will still be protected.  I came up with another formula that we must act on to hopefully prevent our women and children from further abuse:

GREATER PUBLIC AWARENESS + ZERO TOLERANCE  = PREVENTION

And why is the govt taking too long to  pass law to get the Sex Offenders Registry up and going yet when it comes to passing laws to protect govt corruption, they all say “Aye” and pass it in a flash without hesitation? Ua pipilo uma le akuguu i gei ikuaiga ka’ika’i amioleaga. Ua kele a le suiga o Samoa.

HRPP Outlaws and gangsters in Paradise...

3/8/2016

PictureHRPP Outlaws leader corrupt PM Tuilaepa with his Sergeant of Arms, MP Liuga Faumuina.

Everyone has been upset with the gangs problem invading our society today and you have every right to be angry and disappointed. People responded that gang members should be charged and jailed. Some suggested a hole should be dug and gang members thrown in it, etc. I wish people would have the guts to say the same thing about the biggest gang in Samoa which has been a menace to our society and has been around for the past 30 years – PM Tuilaepa and his HRPP Outlaws gang.

Gangs are a bi-product of corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his HRPP Outlaws gang’s corruption.

Let's look at Original Blood Outlaw (OBO) gang for instance. The members of OBO will not be kids forever and one day they will grow up and we shouldn’t undermine them. Gangs here in Samoa have already spread like a wild fire. Those Vaimoso members will never quit their gang – they will stop operating within Vaimoso but operate outside of the village. They’ve already branched out to Taufusi, Lalovaea, Sinamoga, Vaitele, Vaimea, Fugalei and other villages. Branches of their gang have already established  in New Zealand. Very soon branches will be established in America and Australia and in those countries, bikie gangs are recruiting young Pacific Islanders like there’s no tomorrow. Once that happens, the OBO here in Samoa will have financial backing. There are business people here in Samoa already behind this, providing gangs with money and alcohol  to the gangs in exchange for protection – to leave their businesses alone. The kids in this gang are prepared to die for it too.

There are already other gangs in the urban areas eg. Vaivase Uta Utah, Samoan Bloodz, Laulii gang, Blood62 and more, holding secret gang meetings and sending threats to one another over the social media.  They will start off fighting for power and territory and eventually come together. As I said, these gangsters are the bi-product of govt corruption. The way some of these kids talk sound more like modern day revolutionists than gangsters – it confused me. They’re calling corrupt PM Tuilaepa all sorts of names under the sun; they talk about govt corruption and they also talk about the Mau.

These kids fully understand the social problems they are facing. They had no one to turn to for solutions and now have become the problem. These youths have been ignored by our society for far too long especially by our leaders. All they ever wanted was the opportunity for their voices to be heard.

Since there’s no  Opposition in our govt after corrupt PM Tuilaepa abused his power to rig the elections HRPP won and basically wipe out the Opposition in the process,  as a result, corrupt PM Tuilaepa and his HRPP Outlawz will face a new opposition called OBO. Lol lol lol

Remember what I’m saying here in the next 2 years because by then, the govt,  police and even the matai (village councils) will be powerless to stop these gangs altogether. Now those kids from Vaimoso will operate from  underground.  Everything I’ve been saying from years back have come true at the end.  If you doubt what I say, go and find all the threads I’ve written  from 6 years ago about govt corruption, money laundering, high crime rate, unemployment, poverty, social problems, the Panama papers, etc  which I debated on various forums and on the media with those who suck up to the govt, and see if you can find anything there to prove me wrong regarding what’s happening today. Believe me, I won’t be wrong about this OBO gang either. The OBO  Opposition is the creation of corrupt PM Tuilaepa and the HRPP Outlawz gangsters who produced the same rope they will use to hang themselves with.

Gang begs village council for forgiveness....

PictureGang members kneel in front of village matai (Samoa Observer photo)

I applaud the matai of Vaimoso for the way they handled this situation regarding youths in gangs, as our police do not have the resources to deal/cope with the problem.

Where in the world would you find this type of system that will help the police to solve crimes? You won’t find it anywhere but only in Samoa. Our culture, matai and religious systems are the best in managing our society’s behavior and our resources – and it’s about time they are put into good use. Unfortunately, the govt especially PM Tuilaepa and leaders, have been abusing our culture, matai and religious systems to rob our people and to cover up corruption.

We must look beyond what these youths did and find a solution. We must also find out why these kids became the way they did. The frustration the people have felt because of what these youths did, is understandable. This is all new to our society but there are a lot of factors which contributed to this problem. With access to technology, our youths get to view and emulate a lot of gang-like activities via the internet/social media/movies; education failure due to lack of quality teachers, resources and student support; poverty; poor parenting; peer pressure; corrupt leaders; but the worst problem of all that these young people are facing today, is unemployment. 60% of our unemployment rate is made up of our youth, ranging from the age of 18 – 25 and that youth unemployment continues to increase each year.

These kids are also frustrated, full of anger, feel worthless, lonely, misunderstood and are going thru a lot of problems themselves. Most of these kids are also victims of various types of abuse - the worst being the corrupt system.

What concerned me as well was that these kids had weapons in their possession. Kids who have access to weapons are more dangerous than adults who do. Young people when armed, do not think about the consequences but just do it whereas most adults think of the consequences before they act. These kids are desperate and their actions is a cry for help. I would like to have a conversation with them especially the leader of the gang.
I’ve seen this coming for many years and our youths forming and joining gangs did not surprise me at all. I even produced a formula that I posted on social media and in the local papers many times for many years. Here is that formula again:

GOVT CORRUPTION/LEADERS + HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT + POVERTY = HIGH CRIME RATE

There will be more gangs similar to what these kids were involved in, pop up everywhere in town besides this gang that got caught out. I guarantee you most of these youths do not have jobs nor attend school and they have too much time in their hands. Not only are they bored but these young people are looking for a sense of belonging.
Now that they have apologized, they will go back to doing the same things before long – loiter around; hang out with friends; rob and assault people on the street, etc. Apologizing is a start but it is not just the solution to these young kids problem. The solution is for the corrupt govt to create jobs for these young people (instead of spending $100s of Millions to employ the Chinese) or send them back to school. They ought to be encouraged that if they do/can not reach the academic level for university, rather than drop out, go on and learn a trade to keep them occupied - hopefully they will complete their apprenticeships and find jobs at the end. Boredom is the biggest killer in young people.

My advice to these young people – Whatever problems you may have, joining gangs will not take you anywhere. It can only lead you down to 3 paths –

1) to Tafaigata prison

2) to 6 feet under at Maagiagi cemetery, or

3) lying in Motootua Hospital with no teeth.

Make good use of yourself by doing something good for yourself and your family. Remember you have a responsibility to yourself, your family and our society by respecting those around you and that you come in contact with. Enough of being stupid and get educated.
